As Christian Kaliauer Consulting e.U. targets business clients to provide management consulting services to them; services for consumers are not intended. Therefore, Christian Kaliauer Consulting e.U. does not participate in the voluntary conciliation, and arbitration services, which are related to ODR-VO and AStG offered (e.g., via Austrian Internet Ombudsstelle).
Still, if you are a consumer, you have the possibility to file a complaint to the online dispute resolution platform of the European Union (Link).

Christian Kaliauer Consulting e.U. fokussiert auf die Erbringung von Beratungsdienstleistungen für Unternehmen, deren Mitarbeiter, Führungskräfte und Organe und beabsichtigt keine Beratungsdienstleistungen gegenüber Konsumenten. Dementsprechend beteiligt sich Christian Kaliauer Consulting e.U. nicht an den in Zusammenhang mit ODR-VO und AStG angebotenen freiwilligen Schlichtungsverfahren (z.B. durch die österreichische Internet Ombudsstelle).
Für den Fall, dass sie ein Konsument sind, haben sie die Möglichkeit ihre Beschwerde an die Online-Streitbeilegungsplattform der EU zu richten (Link).
